Rental silencers are usually used for boiler or pipe system blow-offs or repairs. The story behind: When blowing off or cleaning out pipes with high pressure, metal or rust particles often dissolve and lead to damage or blockage of the silencer. Therefore, GLAUNACH developed diffuser silencers with a spare diffuser cartridge. In case of increased backpressure while blowing off the cartridge, it ensures that the silencing can soon be resumed.
